We had a fantastic time during our weekend getaway! the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the animation team was absolutely amazing, always keeping us entertained with their fun activities and performances. They spoke multiple languages, which was impressive and made communication easy. the hotel's pools were clean and well-maintained, and we had a great time relaxing and swimming. the food was delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from, including local specialties and European dishes. We also loved the convenient location, with easy access to nearby attractions and beautiful views.

The staff were incredibly friendly and the animation team was on point! They spoke multiple languages and kept us entertained with a variety of activities. The pools, both indoor and outdoor, were clean and enjoyable, especially for the kids. The food was delicious, with a good mix of Tunisian specialties and European options. The waiters were helpful and the bar had a nice selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
The cleanliness of the hotel could have been better, and some of the meals were not served in sufficient quantities. The drinks were also served in small paper cups, which was a bit disappointing.
